Darcy Todd knows her way around a cup of coffee. With over 10 years in the specialty coffee industry and the title of 2024 Starbucks North America Barista Champion under her belt, she's spent five of those years behind the bar in both corporate and independent shops and now leads training programs for home enthusiasts, working baristas, and aspiring coffee entrepreneurs. When she's not talking coffee, you'll find her doing hand embroidery, cuddling her two cats, or watching documentaries about space and the ocean.
